DHS Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE) program is an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides a full range of IT capabilities/solutions and emerging technologies for use by all U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) agencies. EAGLE has a base period of performance of five years with two one-year options. DHS is establishing multiple IT Support Service contracts in five functional categories (FC's):
- FC1 - Engineering Design, Development, Implementation, and Integration
- FC2 - Operations and Maintenance
- FC3 - Independent Test, Evaluation, Validation, and Verification
- FC4 - Software Development
- FC5 - Management Support Services
On September 26, 2006, Energy Enterprise Solutions, LLC was selected as a prime contractor on the EAGLE contract in the small business set-aside track. Through EES, we have access to Functional Categories 1, 2-Tier 1, and 4.
As DHS moves into the next phase of organizational development, it must enhance its ability to obtain enterprise and agency-level technology services and solutions from the small business prime contractor community. EES has the flexibility and experience to effectively and efficiently support the needs of DHS. We bring the latest information technology and capabilities, Project Management Professional (PMP)-certified project managers, and a commitment to quality and reliability. EES focuses on what it takes to achieve customer success.
