Additional DHS experience in the last three years is given below:

Agency Office Description
U.S. Secret Service Criminal Investigative Division Through one of our JV members, we provide project management, case management, strategic planning assistance, research, analysis, and the drafting of reports and documents for the Asset Forfeiture Section Asset Seizure and Forfeiture project. Our staff ensures that the case files for the seizure and forfeiture of real, personal, and monetary property are complete, accurate, and that administrative concerns are resolved timely and consistent with agency policy and federal law.
DHS Office of the Chief Information Officer Through one of our JV members, we provide information to and maintain relationships with all major oversight organizations, including the Government Accountability Office (GAO). The scope of that work covers federally mandated reporting, audit coordination, program evaluation, and workflow management. In accordance with GAO's Agency Protocols, our staff function as the single point of contact for all interactions with GAO. As much of the work is associated with agency-specific compliance with federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), we are not able to disclose specifics of any audit. In general, our staff represents the government at entrance and exit conferences, reviews and analyzes GAO reports, makes recommendations to DHS staff concerning suggested corrective action necessary to resolve the findings, coordinates the preparation and completion of follow-up actions identified in the GAO audit reports, and follows up to ensure that all corrective measures are incorporated in a Plan of Action and Milestones (PO&M) via the trusted agent FISMA tool. Our staff drafts 60-day memorandum for government review and signature and generally ensures timely response to all actions associated with GAO reports.
DHS Office of Administrative Services Through one of our JV members, we support Presidential Management Agenda (PMA) initiatives at DHS. Our staff functions as the eGov and PMA Coordinator for the Department. We are responsible for communicating the current milestones standards to the component agencies, managing the score card of the Department, and maintaining awareness of internal OCIO initiatives which could potentially impact the scorecard. We liason with OMB on a quarterly basis to influence milestones then monitor every component's IT investment to ensure eGov alignment. Using algorithms based on periodic data from FISMA reporting, EVM systems, high-risk reports and through the development of other investment management practices, we are able to provide solid project management of the PMA program.
