GSA VETS GWAC Subcontract

Program Description

EES has access to the Veterans Technology Services Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (VETS GWAC) through our majority owner 1 Source Consulting, Inc., a member of TeamSMS. TeamSMS is led by Systems Made Simple, Inc., (SMS), a service-disabled veteran-owned small business specializing in IT solutions for commercial and government agencies. VETS GWAC is multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) small business set-aside contract for service-disabled veteran-owned (SDVO) small technology firms. It is the result of Executive Order 13360 that is designed to strengthen federal contracting opportunities for SDVO technology firms. VETS presents a new way for federal agencies to achieve small business goals through purchase of Information Technology solutions from small businesses owned by services-disabled veterans.
VETS GWAC features the following:

  • Five-year base period with one, five-year option
  • Ordering procedures based on Fair Opportunity (FAR 16.505)
  • $5 billion program ceiling
