Responsibilities
This individual joins a
team that provides support to numerous customers, program offices and
contractor management, as well as government management.
This team oversees the
application hosting environment (AHE) infrastructure support created to provide
a diversified environment for the DOE customer base. These are multiple operating system
platforms, numerous software products, which can be platform specific but
primarily the vision is to place this under an enterprise solution.
This
team attends kickoff meetings with customers and government points of contact,
installs software/application, assists with tier 3 support, provides infrastructure support for the DOE
remote access (Citrix), provide support for file and print functions, maintains
the active directory for all customers
