Inc. Magazine Features William R. Teel, Jr., CEO of 1 Source Consulting and Energy Enterprise Solutions, on its Annual List of the 500 Fastest Growing Companies in the U.S.

Washington, DC - August 25, 2006 - Each year, Inc. magazine, a monthly magazine for entrepreneurs and small businesses, publishes an annual list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in the "Inc. 500". This year, we are honored to announce that Inc. magazine has featured William R. Teel, Jr., CEO and founder of 1 Source Consulting, Inc. (1 Source Consulting) in its "Inc. 500". 1 Source Consulting is ranked at #171 on the 2006 Inc. 500 List in recognition of 1 Source Consulting's unprecedented 660% growth over the past three years.

1 Source Consulting accomplished this outstanding achievement, as an 8(a) small business, by partnering with RS Information Systems, Inc. (RSIS), to form the Energy Enterprise Solutions, LLC, (EES), an 8(a) Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture for the support of the DOE federal workforce. The Joint Venture won the DOE A-76 competition and EES was awarded a seven-year, $1 billion contract to support the DOE Most Efficient Organization. Through this A-76 contract, EES will provide an array of information technology support services in the areas of cyber security, telecommunications, network infrastructure, systems design and engineering, and software development across the DOE federal offices.

William R. Teel, Jr., founded 1 Source Consulting, Inc. in April, 1999 with the vision of building a Strategic IT and Management consulting firm focused on helping clients "create synergy between business demands and technology solutions." Under William's guidance, 1 Source Consulting assists its clients to optimize business operations, perform efficiently with scarce resources, and successfully compete in a rapidly changing global market. Consequently, he has built upon this vision a professional services firm that continuously emphasizes the highest work standards and professionalism, delivers quality services, and conducts daily business activities grounded in strong business ethics.

1 Source Consulting was certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration as an 8(a) company in July 2000 and has corporate headquarters located in Washington, DC with a satellite office in Germantown, MD. 1 Source Consulting offers mission-critical Program Management and Oversight, Business Transformation, Software Engineering and Applications Development, Network Engineering and Management, Help Desk/Call Center and End-User Technical Support, and Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance.

EES is a small business joint venture that was formed as part of an SBA-certified Mentor-Protégé agreement between majority-owner 1 Source Consulting and RSIS to partner with the DOE federal IT workforce for the DOE A-76 study. EES serves as the single point of integration to support the federal IT workforce and to provide consolidated IT services, simple access, effective management, strengthened security, and improved performance by delivering timely and high quality services for the DOE federal stakeholder communities and the American public.

The EAGLE contract will serve as a department-wide platform for acquiring IT service solutions in five functional categories:

1. Engineering Design, Development, Implementation and Integration
2. Operations and Maintenance
3. Independent Test, Evaluation, Validation and Verification
4. Software Development
5. Management Support Services

EES was selected to support Functional Categories 1, 2, and 4. Although 28 companies out of hundreds of bidders were selected, only a handful, including EES, were selected in multiple categories.

Scott Charbo, Undersecretary of Management and DHS Chief Information Officer, said in a statement "Doing business in today's complex world of information technology requires a tremendous amount of management expertise and specialization to ensure government contracting compliance. Recognizing these factors and partnering with these companies better positions us to focus on leveraging like services, improving spend management, and better managing IT contracting as a whole."

The EAGLE Program will support the DHS goal of a creating a functionally integrated department that will integrate methods of operation among and between the various components within the information technology (IT) support systems that enhance mission effectiveness and create economies of scale through consolidation. The establishment multiple-award IT support service contracts that are available for use throughout the Department is considered a primary ITAC objective.

William R. Teel, Jr., CEO of Energy Enterprise Solutions, LLC (EES) said, "We are proud of the trust that DHS has placed in us to support their IT mission requirements." Mr. Teel also noted that DHS has a pivotal role in today's federal government, "EES will work hard to support DHS in anyway that we can."

EES is a joint venture of 1 Source Consulting, Inc. (1 Source Consulting) and RS Information Systems (RSIS), created to provide an array of information technology support services in the areas of cyber-security, telecommunications, network infrastructure, systems design and engineering, and software development. EES offers the responsiveness and dedication of a small business while providing the strength and resources of a large company.
